We're hiring a Sales Associate to help drive new business and support campaign execution. While this is not an entry-level role, it is the ultimate entry point into a high-level media sales career. You'll work in lockstep with our senior team, gaining direct, front-row access to high-stakes sales cycles and major brand partnerships. Beyond just closing deals, this position provides real, hands-on exposure across the entire company — taking you from outbound prospecting and strategic pitching to creative development and live campaign management.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and identify key contacts at target brands
- Drive outbound outreach that leads to new client meetings
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities
- Collaborate with the team on proposals and creative campaign ideas
- Support execution of live campaigns (creative development, client comms, reporting)
- Track and report on outreach activity and performance
- Help "map" organizations to identify new entry points and opportunities
